INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb fresh sausage, browned slightly, crumbled
  • 6eggs
  • 2cupsmilk
  • 6slicesbread, cubed(crusts cut off optional)
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 12 teaspoonmustard powder
  • 18 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1cup grated cheddar cheese
  • DIRECTIONS

  • Beat eggs well.
  • add milk, bread cubes, salt, pepper and mustard.
  • Add sausage and cheese last.
  • Pour in a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Remove from fridge while oven preheats.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350F or until set.
