    DIRECTIONS

  • Place eggs in a single layer in a pot.
  • Add water to completely cover eggs.
  • Bring to boil using high heat.
  • Once boiling, turn off heat and cover with lid.
  • Set sit for 11 minutes.
  • To cool off eggs, drain pot, add ice and some water.Stir around for a few minutes.This should make the eggs warm and easier to peel / eat.
