    DIRECTIONS

  • Let egg and cream cheese come to room temperature.
  • Preheat mini waffle iron.
  • In a small bowl, mix coconut flour, powdered swerve, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • in another bowl, beat eggs lightly.
  • Beat in the soft cream cheese, vanilla extract, and vanilla stevia until combined.
  • Stir egg mixture into coconut flour mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour half of mixture into mini waffle maker; cook 4-5 minutes.
  • Repeat with the other half of mixture for 2 chaffles.
  • Serve with whipped cream, sugar free maple syrup, or a dusting of powdered swerve, or spread with peanut butter.
