DIRECTIONS Let egg and cream cheese come to room temperature. Preheat mini waffle iron. In a small bowl, mix coconut flour, powdered swerve, cocoa powder, and baking powder. in another bowl, beat eggs lightly. Beat in the soft cream cheese, vanilla extract, and vanilla stevia until combined. Stir egg mixture into coconut flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour half of mixture into mini waffle maker; cook 4-5 minutes. Repeat with the other half of mixture for 2 chaffles.
