DIRECTIONS
Combine cinnamon and sugar, set aside.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.Heat rice and 1 cup milk in saucepan.Add raisins, remove from heat. This may be done in the microwave.In a bowl, combine the remaining milk, eggs, sugar mixture, salt and vanilla.Add to rice and raisins.
