Preheat oven to 375°.
Fill pot with water and add glass bowl on top. Start stove on medium.
Add the butter and the unsweetened chocolate. Stir until melted. (You can also heat in microwave).
Add maple syrup, and then the eggs.
Make sure everything is well mixed and add flour.
Put into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let them cool for 10 minutes and frost with sugar free frosting.
