INGREDIENTS

  • 1white cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 3eggs
  • 1cupoil
  • 1cup7-Up soda
  • 12 cupnuts, chopped
  • TOPPING
  • 1 (3 1/2ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 12 cupsmilk, mixed together with pudding and beat 2 minutes
  • 8ouncesCool Whip, gently fold in with pudding mixture
  • DIRECTIONS

  • I make the TOPPING first and refrigerate so it has plenty of time to chill & stiffen.
  • Preheat oven 350*.
  • For the cake, mix all ingredients together in large bowl and beat 4 minute Add nuts.
  • Pour into greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool completely and add TOPPING.
