TOPPING 1 (3 1/2ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix 1 1⁄2 cupsmilk, mixed together with pudding and beat 2 minutes 8ouncesCool Whip, gently fold in with pudding mixture
DIRECTIONSI make the TOPPING first and refrigerate so it has plenty of time to chill & stiffen.Preheat oven 350*.For the cake, mix all ingredients together in large bowl and beat 4 minute Add nuts.Pour into greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool completely and add TOPPING.
