  • Directions

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Wisk in flour.
  • Add beer and stir.
  • Add cream cheese.
  • Slowly add cheese stirring until melted.
  • Stir in garlic, cayenne, and paprika.
  • Cook over low until completely melted.
  • Brown sausage in separate skillet.
  • Top cheese with browned sausage.
  • Broil cheese and sausage until lightly browned.
