DIRECTIONS
Chop the tomatoes, onions, apples, peppers.Mince the garlic. Place in a large pot.Add the vinegar.Stir well.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.Add the tomato paste, salt, paprika, mustard and herbs.Stir really well.Cook for 15 minutes more.Cool slightly.Ladle into jars or containers.If freezing, leave ample head space.Cool completely, label and place in freezer.If canning, process jars in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.Follow all safety instructions for canning.Source: Read Full Article
