DIRECTIONS
Roughly chop the onion and the pepper, place in microwave safe dish and cover with water. Cook 2 minutes on high.
While the microwave is going, pour all other ingredients into a blender and puree for about 10 seconds. Add onion and pepper with the water to the blender and puree another 10 seconds.
This salsa is best when it has about 30 minutes or so to blend flavors, but you can eat it straight away.
