    DIRECTIONS

  • Roughly chop the onion and the pepper, place in microwave safe dish and cover with water. Cook 2 minutes on high.
  • While the microwave is going, pour all other ingredients into a blender and puree for about 10 seconds. Add onion and pepper with the water to the blender and puree another 10 seconds.
  • This salsa is best when it has about 30 minutes or so to blend flavors, but you can eat it straight away.
