    DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1.
  • -In a Stock Pot, brown all ground meat in pot with olive oil.
  • -Drain and add Onions, Garlic, and tomato sauce.
  • -In a small pot add  Bouillon Paste or Cubes to 24oz boiling water until dissolved, then stir into Stock Pot.
  • -Simmer (low boil) 30 minutes.
  • Step 2.
  • -add  Mexican Chili Powder, Oregano and Cayenne Pepper.
  • -Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • -Simmer 90 minutes.
  • Step 3.
  • -Add Regular Chili Powder, and Cumin.
  • -Simmer 30-60 minutes.
