    DIRECTIONS

  • Place softened cream cheese and butter in bowl.Beat with a mixer until soft and fluffy.
  • Add sweetener. Start with 2 tablespoons and add more if you want it sweeter.
  • Add cocoa and peppermint extract. mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill for about an hour in the fridge.
  • Form into balls and roll in cocoa powder.
