KFC’s new menu item gives “popcorn chicken” a whole new, way more literal, meaning.

According to Brand Eating, Popcorn Crispy Chicken is “fried chicken that’s battered and breaded with actual bits of popcorn.”

But that’s not all! It comes with a caramel-flavored sauce that you can use for dipping OR drizzling purposes.

You can get two pieces of the chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a soft drink for about $6, according to KFC’s website. If you’re feeling crazy, you can choose to add bacon-topped crinkle fries to your meal.

Unfortunately, you can only get the chicken for a limited time. Also, it’s only available in Hong Kong. Womp, womp, woooomp.

If you happen to find yourself in Hong Kong in the near future, you may want to try KFC’s new Caramel Popcorn Sundae—vanilla soft serve topped with caramel-flavored sauce and caramel popcorn, served in a mini KFC bucket.

Can’t go to China for a bucket of chicken? Don’t despair! We happen to have our very own popcorn-crusted chicken strips recipe. You’re welcome.
