IngredientsNutrition2 cupsorzo pasta2 1⁄4 cupswater1⁄2 cupwhite wine, plus 1 tablespoon4 tablespoons cubed unsalted butter, divided1 1⁄2 lbsmedium shrimp, peeled and de-veined (26/30 count)6 garlic cloves, minced2 tablespoonsolive oil1 lemon, cut into thin rounds, plus 1 juiced1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped parsleykosher saltground black pepper
DirectionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place orzo on a sheet pan with the water, 1/2 cup white wine, 2 tablespoons cubed butter, salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.In a medium bowl, toss to combine the shrimp, garlic, olive oil, 1 tablespoons white wine, salt and pepper.Remove the sheet pan from the oven and top with the lemon rounds, shrimp and remaining 2 tablespoons of cubed butter. Bake for another 6-8 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.Remove the sheet pan from the oven and top the shrimp and orzo with the juice of a lemon, parmesan and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
