A food recall was issued for Food for Progress’s Oumph! The Burger product as the items may contain milk which is not mentioned on the label.

The FSA warned: “Food for Progress is recalling Oumph! The Burger because it may contain milk which is not mentioned on the label.

“This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.”

A statement on the FSA website reads: “If you have bought the above product [Oumph! The Burger] and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents do not eat it.

“Instead return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund or call Oumph! Customer Care – +46 (0) 708 923265.”

The product details affected by the recall are below:

Oumph! products can be picked up from ASDA, Tesco, Holland & Barrett, Whole Foods Market, As Nature Intended as well as many independent stores.

So customers who have recently shopped at these stores are being urged to check their fridges and freezers.
