    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat grill to medium-high (350°-400°).For the pepper rub, combine dry mustard, garlic powder, chipolte, black and red peppers, and saltin a small bowl.Set aside.
  • Cut four 12×16-inch sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, and place 1 fillet in the center of each sheet.Sprinkle evenly with pepper rub.Fold sides of foil up and over fillets to form packets, crimping edges to seal.
  • Grill packets 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.Carefully open packets, and serve.
