DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill to medium-high (350°-400°).For the pepper rub, combine dry mustard, garlic powder, chipolte, black and red peppers, and saltin a small bowl.Set aside.
Cut four 12×16-inch sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, and place 1 fillet in the center of each sheet.Sprinkle evenly with pepper rub.Fold sides of foil up and over fillets to form packets, crimping edges to seal.
Grill packets 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.Carefully open packets, and serve.
