    DIRECTIONS

  • NOTE: Used leftover smoked steak.
  • 1. Dice up onion, peppers and parsnip. Saute on medium heat.
  • 2. Once peppers begin to soften, add ground beef.
  • 3. When ground beef is done, add garlic diced steak and seasonings.
  • 4. Once aromatic, add diced tomatillos, broth and Worcestershire. Simmer to desired consistency.
