We love Aldi for so many reasons, including their great wine selection, inexpensive prices, and fun seasonal items (like frozen sangria kits). But something we love to scope out every month is their “Aldi Finds.” That's the section where you find items that are only available for a limited time. They're often real steals—or seasonal foods that are extra tasty (and sometimes even healthy)!

Here are our 11 favorite healthy items coming to Aldi stores nationwide in July. Just hurry up and scoop them up, ‘cause there’s no telling how long they’ll last once they arrive!

Stay up to date on what healthy means now.

Available July 3

Season’s Choice Yellow or Red Frozen Fruit Cubes

Perfect for blending into a smoothie or a frozen margarita, these frozen fruit cubes are sure to be a refreshing summertime treat. The pineapple flavor comes with frozen pineapple, coconut milk, mango, and agave syrup. The raspberry flavor comes with frozen raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and agave syrup. Bonus: each 16-ounce bag is only $3.99 (way cheaper than a smoothie you’d buy at your local juice bar)!

Never Any! Chicken Sausage

Chicken sausage isn’t anything new, but these flavors sure are: Habanero-Tequila and Tequila-Lime will bring a hit of spice and zing to your next cookout. We love that these are raised without hormones or antibiotics, and are free of nitrates and nitrites. Each link is just 100 calories, has less than 1.5g of sat fat, 560mg of sodium, and less than 1g of sugar. These packs include four links and retail for $2.99 each.

Available July 10

Simply Nature Lentil Chips

Craving the salt and crunch of potato chips, but want to be a little healthier? Reach for these lentil chips. They come in three flavors—Sea Salt, Southwestern, and Creamy Dill—and have less than 140 calories, 380mg of sodium, and no sat fat per one-ounce serving. Plus, we’re betting they pack a little extra fiber from the lentils. Each 4 oz. bag costs $1.99.

Earthly Grains

If you're looking for a more delicious way to eat whole grains, Aldi has you covered. Pick up a bag of Barley with Mediterranean Herbs and Spices, Farro with Cheese and Spinach, or Spelt with Pesto. Each serving has under 270 calories and 1.5g of sat fat, but is a bit high in sodium (the flavors range from 580-650mg), so you may want to keep the rest of your meal low in salt.

Fresh Sweet Bourbon Atlantic Salmon on a Cedar Plank

Cedar plank salmon that won’t cost an arm and a leg? Sign us up! This pre-marinated fish is just $9.99 per pound, and we can’t wait to grill some this summer. Be sure to scoop some up ASAP when they're available. They won't last!

Simply Nature Knock Your Sprouts Off Wraps

Upgrade your turkey sammie with these sprouted 7-grain wraps. Each wrap has 100 calories, 4g of protein, 4g of fiber, and 15 net carbs—perfect for those on low-carb diets!  Each bag is just $2.99.

Tuscan Garden Greek Yogurt Dressing

We love creamy dressings, but they can often be high in calories and fat. These ones, however, are made with Greek yogurt, so you’ll get the tang and creaminess you love for just 60 calories! They come in three tempting flavors: Caesar, Cucumber-Dill, and Ranch. And each is just $1.99 per bottle.

Available July 17

This month, plant-based eaters will be lining up in front of Aldi! The store is selling a ton of burger options, including Vegan BBQ Chickenless Patties and Vegan Buffalo Chickenless Patties ($3.49); Vegan Southwest Quinoa Crunch Veggie Burgers ($3.59); and Lentil Veggie Burgers and Vegan Mushroom Risotto Veggie Burgers ($3.79).

Earth Grown Vegan Sour Cream

Aldi really seems to be catering to vegans this month—especially with this new, dairy-free sour cream! Each serving has just 90 calories and no cholesterol. Plus, each 12-ounce container is just $2.39!

Happy Farms Preferred English Cheddar or White Stilton with Mango & Ginger

Aldi’s cheese selection is pretty dang impressive, and we’ll definitely be trying these delicious picks, (especially since each block is just $3.49!)

Season’s Choice Frozen Avocado Chunks

Before you dismiss frozen avocado, you should know that it makes avocado pudding or green smoothies super creamy. These bags won't be in stores until the very end of the month, but at just $2.99 per bag they may not even last until August (so snag several while you can!)
