The new menu items include sweet options and sauce-covered meats and appetizers. Like many of their offerings, Cracker Barrel is adding their own twist to traditional foods like their new hand-breaded fried chicken tenders. You can order them plain or opt for the Sweet n’ Smoky Glazed Tenders that feature the same hand-breaded tenders coated in a maple bacon glaze then served with buttermilk ranch.
For smaller servings, you can choose from the new “Barrel Bites” which include Loaded Hashbrown Casserole Tots or Biscuit Beignets. The Loaded Hashbrowns are made with bite-sized tater tots covered in bacon pieces and melted Colby cheese and served with buttermilk ranch dressing. Meanwhile, the Biscuit Beignets are made with deep-fried buttermilk biscuit dough tossed in cinnamon sugar with butter pecan sauce for dipping.
At participating locations, there are also two new beverages to choose from, the Fruit Stand Tea infused withpeach, apricot, and dark cherry flavors or the Buttercrunch Caramel Latte that contains a blend of butterscotch and caramel flavors finished with whipped cream, toffee almond crumbles, caramel drizzle, and a butterscotch thin stick. Both drinks will only be around for a limited time.
