Jacqueline has been revealed as one of the ten confirmed celebrities to head into the jungle this year.

Contestants on the show are only given basic food when in camp and they will often slim down as a result.

However, Jacqueline has already shed an impressive amount of weight and recently shared the diet plan she used.

She shed an impressive 1st 7lb in just 11 weeks after having her second child.

What did she eat?

Posting on Instagram, mum-of-two Jacqueline shared details of her weight loss journey and how having her children affected her weight.

She said: “Before I had Mia in between Ella and Mia I was the biggest I have ever been.

“Then I got pregnant and so I decided that I wanted to change as soon as I had Mia I thought I’m not going to let myself go.

“I thought I really want to get back to a comfortable weight where I feel good where I feel confident.

“And I’m still on my journey but I’m already feeling so much better I’ve lost a stone and a half.

“I do feel comfortable and I maybe want to lose a little bit more and I want to tone up as well. But I just feel so much better.”

The actress also explained she was back in size 10 clothing just five weeks after giving birth and she had used a milkshake diet.

She posted pictures of diet powder shakes and spoken about her favourite flavours, stating: “Mine is strawberry and mint choc chip. I quite like having different flavours because then you don’t get bored of it.

“And I quite like having mint choc chip later in the day because it feels like a treat.”

She will also use social media to share her healthy diet and has posted pictures of her meals online.

Jacqueline seems to have kept the weight off and will share pictures of her looking trim on Instagram.

Good Morning Britain presenter, Kate Garraway, has spoken out on her weight loss in recent years. 

She said in the past she shed two stone by changing her diet plan and cutting out sugar.

As well as ditching sweet treats, Kate will exercise regularly and enjoys going for brisk walks.
