Jasmine is still eating the vegan diet she has enjoyed for a number of years. Jasmine recently promoted the launch of We Are Veganuay 2021, encouraging people to try the diet, free of animal products.
She also posted a picture that showed the presenter whizzing up a healthy smoothie of banana and other fruits.
Veganism is a diet most who follow it undertake because of its ethical implications.
It involves cutting out all meat products and advocates claim it is better for the environment than the standard Western diet.
Jasmine has lost an impressive two stone on the diet.

She told fans on her Instagram account: “I just felt really uncomfortable, I just felt so big and when you’re on TV you don’t want to have all lumps and bumps, you want to look nice in your clothes whatever size you are.
“If you’re wearing a figure-hugging dress and you’ve got bulges then… I think for a while I was having to wear shapewear under my clothes and when it was hot I was like, ‘Why do I have to wear this stuff, I am twice as hot now?’”
The TV host turned to exercise such as aerobics and boxing.
She told her fans: “I just figured it’s time now and something was ready in me and I was like, ‘I am just going to get on with it now’.

“Nothing will stand between me and my exercise and just being healthy and fitter. It feels nice and different.”
Combining the diet and exercise Jasmine lost two stone in a year.
Veganism is becoming more and more popular, and celebrities are leading the way.
Vegan celebrities include tennis champion Serena, who lost 10lbs in a week on the diet while giving up breastfeeding.
Beyonce is known to follow a vegan diet while slimming down for big events such as tours and other major public appearances.
Another TV star who maintains a slim and healthy figure is Countdown and Strictly star Rachel.
Rachel Riley’s weight is maintained with a healthy diet and lots of exercise.
The TV host eats a fairly restrictive diet due to various intolerances to wheat, lactose, gluten and eggs.
She said: “I’m naturally slim, so I don’t have to watch what I eat from a weight loss point of view.”
She also has embraced a totally vegan diet.
She went vegan after pledging to do Veganuary, a popular time of year in January when people try the diet.
Speaking in May this year Rachel told the Belfast Telegraph: “Diet’s huge for me. For a large part of my life, I’ve had intolerances and been sick with food.”
Rachel eats a healthy breakfast of coconut yogurt and gluten free cereal.
