Kate was said to be following the Dukan diet.
What is the Dukan diet?
The low carb Dukan diet sees followers eat a lot of meat, some healthy fats and vegetables.
The diet has four phases. The first is called the “attack phase” and sees diets eat absolutely no carbs for 10 days.
The cruise phase sees carbs in the form of vegetables slowly introduced, and is followed until the dieter reaches their goal weight.
Consolidation is next, when previously banned foods are allowed.
If this is completed without putting weight back on then dieters enter the stabilisation phase.

The Daily Mail reported she “drinks smoothies morning and afternoon, containing spirulina, kale, matcha (a finely ground green tea powder), spinach, lettuce, cilantro and blueberries”.

Speaking to Mail Online, a source gave a look into the exercise plan she has followed in the past.
They told the publication: “Kate is an exercise junkie. Pippa and Kate take their toned physiques extremely seriously.
“She and Pippa enjoy strenuous make-up-free aqua aerobics sessions and larky water polo with William and Harry.”
