Lorraine Kelly is a broadcaster who has fronted shows including TV-am, GMTV, ITV Breakfast and Lorraine. She has been sporting a new slim frame and Lorraine explained this was down to making one simple change. The TV star explained exercise and switching up her eating habits helped her get into shape.

By changing her life, the star explained she dropped two dress sizes, going from a size 14 to a trim size 10.

Although she doesn’t weigh herself, her weight loss results are clear to see and Lorraine said one change helped her more than any other.

So, what did she do?

The presenter shed inches off her waistline with exercise, focusing on doing aerobics.

Speaking about her weight loss on This Morning, she said: “I really look forward to my classes, and with the new DVD we wanted to show what a class was like.”

After slimming down, Lorraine released a fitness DVD which gave a look at the type of aerobic classes she used to slim down.

Lorraine told presenters her weight loss made her more confident and prompted her to make bolder fashion choices.

The TV personality has managed to stick with the athletic habits and still post about her intense workouts online.

She will also post pictures and videos of herself staying active and enjoying walks with her dog.

As well as changing her exercise plan, the presenter switched up her diet and uses portion control to help her keep on top of her diets.

“I don’t think diets work. It’s all about portion control,” she added. “My husband cooks for me and sometimes I ask, ‘How many people are coming round?’.

“Portion control and not snacking so much are important, as well as being sensible.”

Admitting that she isn’t a fan of diets, cutting back on how much she eats at each meal helped her shape up.

TV chef, Nigella Lawson, has been through a weight loss transformation of her own which she credited to a diet change. 

She opened up about her shrinking frame and said she cut back on how much she was eating, although this wasn’t intentional and happened after a double bunionisation.

The TV chef said she will focus on eating foods she enjoys which includes healthy meals like kale and avocados.

Nigella also revealed she will exercise and enjoys yoga as a way to stay in shape.
