By changing his lifestyle, he lost an impressive 1st 1lb in just three months.
The fit singer has managed to keep the weight off and recently shared a video on Instagram explaining he has been on a recent health kick with juicing.
In the lengthy post he wrote: “What an experience @juicemasterretreats Firstly I want to say… @jasonvale has not asked me to do this, I wanted to post this!
“This week was truly incredible, we arrived Saturday at this retreat and had no idea what to expect but wow did it deliver.

When he first slimmed down, Olly had the help of a personal trainer who documented his progress on Twitter.
The trainer Rob Solly shared transformation pictures of Olly before and after his 12 week training programme.
The singer was notably slimmer as he bared his six pack abs in two mirror selfies.

He revealed the dramatic transformation took just three months to achieve.
Olly reportedly changed his diet at the same time to speed up his results.
Speaking on the Kyle and Jackie O show in 2015, he said he ditched sugar to get into shape.
Olly told the presenters: “When I started to train I just cut out chocolate and anything sugary out of my diet and it just fell off.
“The weight just fell off me, which was amazing … It’s quite easy [losing weight]. It’s been a lot of fun and I’ve enjoyed it.”
