It is thought that star lost in the region of seven stone in her weight loss journey.
Now any expert have given some guidance as to how the star has done it.
Adele’s one-time Pilates instructor Camila Goodis, despite being an expert in the form of exercise, put Adele weight loss down to more than exercise.
The expert revealed that a whopping “90 percent” of Adele’s amazing weight loss is down to dieting.
She added Adele hasn’t exercised all that much, like some might imagine.
Camila said: “I don’t believe she liked exercise much, but she has changed her lifestyle.”
The expert suggested Adele had done it by “giving up processed food, sugar, soda and get into an exercise routine, like cardio and strength training, will change people’s body.”
Camila claims she met Adele when the singer came to a pilates class with her client Ayda Field, the wife of Robbie Williams.

It is thought that Adele has done some pilates while slimming down.
US Weekly quotes a source, who told the publication: “She does 60-minute sessions that include cardio, circuit training, and Pilates.
“She’s found a routine that’s working for her and is enjoying it more.”
Adele has also followed the Sort diet, according to reports.

A personal trainer, who worked with Adele two to three times a week, told Insider the guidelines he gave the singer to slim down.
Pete told Insider: “I promote realistic training and nutrition.
“I do not advocate short cuts or quick fixes but am in the business for long-lasting results.
“Same with nutrition. I do not promote supplements, pills, powders or potions. I prefer real food and a healthy and varied eating lifestyle. It is easier than you think.”
He added: “Training sessions always varied from bodyweight and resistance band work to weight training and boxing.
“I would also throw in cardio challenges just to keep her on her toes.”
Adele’s Sirtfood diet would have also seen the star eating and drinking a number offs that promote a healthy metabolism.
This includes matcha green tea. Matcha green tea contains 137 times more of the antioxidants found in normal green tea, which have been found to help reduce cell damage as well as boost metabolism.
