Pippa Middleton is a mother to two, Arthur and Grace. She has worked in PR and events but more recently has been interested in food.
Pippa has written a food column in Waitrose Kitchen magazine. She has written a book, Heartfelt, published in 2016.
The recipe book contains recipes for the likes of quinoa porridge with blueberry compôte.
It also contains a smoked ham and sweet potato tortilla and turkey chilli ragu.
Pippa, who has always maintained a slim figure much like her sister Kate Middleton, eats a particular breakfast.
Breakfast is oft considered to be one of the most important meals of the day.
Pippa often eats porridge or eggs. She told g the i newspaper in 2018 he breakfasts are often “lots of porridge or boiled eggs with soldiers”.
She also told the publication she needs breakfast to start the day properly.
“My usual breakfast is either plain yoghurt with chopped fruit and toasted seeds, oats and nuts or toasted rye bread with eggs or avocado,” Pippa said.

“Bircher muesli with fresh berries on top – you can even make a batch for the whole week.”
Bircher muesli was created by Swiss doctor Maximilian Bircher-Benner.
The meal was created with the aim of getting more raw fruit into the diet.
It involves soaking raw oats, grains, and fruits such as apples in milk overnight.
Pippa said in her Waitrose column: “I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things, so I’ll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet and a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in – I’m talking chocolate, crisps and an occasional glass of wine,”
She continued: “I’ve never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week but I do believe in making healthy choices – keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes.”
Kate Middleton, on the otherhand, has been said to follow the Dukan diet.
It is claimed the Duchess of Cambridge followed the diet before her wedding to Prince William.
How does Pippa’s start to the day compare to Kate Middleton’s typical breakfast?
It has been reported that Kate drinks green juice to kick off the day.
What is in the Duchess of Cambridge’s healthy morning smoothie? The drink includes kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine, coriander and blueberries.
Another favourite breakfast of Kate Middleton’s is porridge. Porridge is full of oats, providing filling fibre.
