Rebel Wilson, 40, has shared some new images on Instagram, which have left fans dubbing her a “fitness goddess”. The Australian actress has been on a fitness and health transformation over the last year with incredible results
Previously, during an Instagram video, the Bridesmaids star described how she had named 2020 her “year of health”.
During this time, not only did she stick to a 1,500 calorie-per-day diet, but Rebel also ramped up her exercise regime.
New photographs posted to Instagram show just one form of this new exercise.
In the images, she can be seen wearing a black and white tracksuit, along with a pair of trainers ideal for working out.
Meanwhile, her hair is swept back from her face in a ponytail.
Rebel can be seen standing at the top of a mountain, overlooking the lush green landscape below her.
She captioned the photograph: “‘Bu hike.”
While Rebel has not specifically said what her full workout regime is, by the looks of things hiking is just one way the star stays active.

Fans applauded her fitness transformation and dedication to health in the comments.
One user wrote: “Wow, admire the courage & persistence.”
A second described her as “inspirational”.
At the beginning of 2020, Rebel set herself a target of reaching 11.8 stone or 75kg in body weight.
Though the journey had a huge focus on weight loss, the actress also said it was about developing “self-love”.
She also highlighted “fertility” reasons as another driving factor.
In an Instagram video at the time, she told her 9.3 million followers: “I was thinking about fertility and having good quality eggs in the bank, so I was like, ‘OK, I’m going to do this. I’m going to get healthy.'”
In order to achieve the impressive 4.4 stone weight loss, Rebel started with a “professional detox”.
She explained that most of her transformation happened during a stay at Austria’s VivaMayr wellness centre.
Following this, she went on to eat a healthy diet and kept her calories down.
“Nutritionally, the only thing is I do try to stay under 1,500 calories because of my body type,” she said.
“If I want to lose weight in that week, I kind of have to stay under the 1,500 each day.”
