    250g essential Waitrose Couscous
    400ml vegetable stock, hot
    260g pack essential Waitrose Spinach, wilted
    395g can essential Waitrose Mixed Beans in Spicy Tomato Sauce (or 400g can essential Waitrose Red Kidney Beans in Water, drained)


    1. Place the couscous in a large bowl, pour in the hot stock, cover with clingfilm and leave for 5 minutes while you cook the spinach.

    2. Wilt the spinach for 2-3 minutes according to pack instructions, then drain off the excess liquid.

    3. Heat the beans in a pan for 1-2 minutes. Fluff the couscous with a fork and stir in the spinach and beans.
