Hot sauce from Peru
Recipe from My Colombian Recipes

Ingredients

  1. 1 small hot pepper (preferably use a red habanero)
  2. 1/2 cup white vinegar
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon lime juice
  7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  8. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (fresh)
  9. 1/4 cup chopped parsley (fresh)
  10. 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  11. 1/2 cup chopped tomato

Steps

  1. Place your vinegar, water, and pepper into a blender

  2. Blend for 2 minutes

  3. Place your unused ingredients into a bowl and mix

  4. Place your blended mixture into the bowl and mix

  5. Pour sauce into a jar with a cover

  6. Put jar into a refrigerator and refrigerate for 10 days

  7. Enjoy!
