- 268 g. creamy peanut butter
- 120 g. white granulated sugar
- 120 g. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Combine peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir until incorporated.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine.
Preheat oven to 350° F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Scoop dough into 1-1.5 tbsp. rounds. Flatten rounds and shape crosshatch pattern using a fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool 15-20 minutes before eating.
