Ingredients

  1. 268 g. creamy peanut butter
  2. 120 g. white granulated sugar
  3. 120 g. brown sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  6. 1 tsp. baking soda
  7. 1/4 tsp. salt

Steps

  1. Combine peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir until incorporated.

  2. Add the egg, vanilla extract, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine.

  3. Preheat oven to 350° F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Scoop dough into 1-1.5 tbsp. rounds. Flatten rounds and shape crosshatch pattern using a fork.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool 15-20 minutes before eating.
