Ingredients

  1. 200-300 g Sweet potato (2 medium)
  2. 50 ml water
  3. 150-200 g avocados (2 large)
  4. 150-200 g salad leaves of choice
  5. 100 g greens (spinach for example)
  6. 20 g hemp seeds (or other seeds)
  7. 60 g tahini (sesame seed paste)
  8. 2 lemons
  9. 20 ml agava sirup
  10. 50 ml water
  11. salt

Steps

  1. Chop sweet potato into cubes and bake it at 190°C for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Before putting into the oven, it is suitable to add some water and salt.

  2. Dressing: mix tahini, juice of 1 lemon, agava sirup, salt, water to thin (if necessary).

  3. Cut avocado.

  4. Put greens on a plate, put avocado and sweet potato on top of it, add dressing, hemp seeds above.
