Ingredients
- 200-300 g Sweet potato (2 medium)
- 50 ml water
- 150-200 g avocados (2 large)
- 150-200 g salad leaves of choice
- 100 g greens (spinach for example)
- 20 g hemp seeds (or other seeds)
- 60 g tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2 lemons
- 20 ml agava sirup
- 50 ml water
- salt
Steps
Chop sweet potato into cubes and bake it at 190°C for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10 minutes. Before putting into the oven, it is suitable to add some water and salt.
Dressing: mix tahini, juice of 1 lemon, agava sirup, salt, water to thin (if necessary).
Cut avocado.
Put greens on a plate, put avocado and sweet potato on top of it, add dressing, hemp seeds above.
