Ingredients
- 100 g beans
- 2 tablespoon grated coconut
- Salt (as required)
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- To saute
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon urad dhal
- 1/2 tablespoon channa dhal
- 2 green chillies
- 6 curry leaves
- 1 clove garlic chopped
Steps
Cut the beans in to small pieces. Add it in to a pressure cooker with turmeric powder, salt and water. Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Saute the ingredients given above by adding oil to a preheated pan. Add the pressure cooked beans to it. Saute it for 5 min. Then add grated coconut and put off the flame.
