Ingredients

  1. 100 g beans
  2. 2 tablespoon grated coconut
  3. Salt (as required)
  4. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  5. 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  6. To saute
  7. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  8. 1/2 tablespoon urad dhal
  9. 1/2 tablespoon channa dhal
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. 6 curry leaves
  12. 1 clove garlic chopped

Steps

  1. Cut the beans in to small pieces. Add it in to a pressure cooker with turmeric powder, salt and water. Pressure cook for 1 whistle.

  2. Saute the ingredients given above by adding oil to a preheated pan. Add the pressure cooked beans to it. Saute it for 5 min. Then add grated coconut and put off the flame.
