1. 1 cup strawberries
  2. 1/3 cup cherries
  3. 100 ml white rum
  4. 100 ml heavy cream
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 tbsp sugar (optional)


  1. Chop your berries and place in blender. leave a few whole for garnish. (raspberries would go nicely with this if you have some.)

  2. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into bowl or popsicle molds, or ice cube tray. cover with aluminium foil.

  4. Freeze for atleast 3 hours. serve with whipped cream and fresh berries.
