Ingredients

  1. 1 kg Escargot
  2. 1 cup Red wine
  3. 50 g butter
  4. 5 cloves garlic
  5. 1 pc onion
  6. 10 g parsley
  7. 5 g thyme
  8. 5 g rosemary
  9. 1 tbsp sugar
  10. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  11. 1 tsp black pepper
  12. 1 tsp salt

Steps

  1. Sauté onion in a pan with a little splash of oil. Then add garlic, thyme and rosemary. Till aromatic.

  2. Add escargot. Sauté for 5mins. Then add sugar, soy sauce. Continue to sauté for 5mins.

  3. Add red wine then let the alcohol cook for another 5mins. Add the butter then stir. Add the parsley.
