The only way I eat blue cheese is on a blacken blue hamburger… my favorite is with sautéed mushrooms and onions with bacon on top with a toasted bun. ( can be cooked on any grill)
This was made on my blackstone , I have many different grills , inside and outside, I have a grill problem lol… I love cooking outside. ( my hamburgers are small my kids are not big fans of hamburgers.)


  1. Hamburger
  2. Blue cheese
  3. Blackened seasoning
  4. Bacon
  5. Grill
  6. Buns
  7. Toppings
  8. Sautéed onions and mushrooms with bacon is my favorite


  1. Patty up meat and season well both sides with blackened seasoning.

  2. Fire up the grill, or frying pan. Cook hamburgers top with blue cheese right before it’s done.. and throw on the bacon when cooking burgers..

  3. Toast buns if you like.

  4. Add your favorite toppings to the burgers.

  5. Blackstone tips and tricks- take an old cookie sheet and place over the food, I have a cup of water to hold it down more, and later I have water to clean the grill with, no need to run in the house a ton of times. This is my smoker cookie sheet lol this is another reason why my burgers are small, to fit them all under it. This can be done with aluminum bowls too. No need to buy all them gadgets for a Blackstone or a grill.
