A great Sunday morning Breakfast Favorite


  1. 1.5 cup flour
  2. 3.5 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1.25 cup milk
  6. 3 Tbsp melted butter
  7. Optional : 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 1 container blueberries


  1. Add egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until clumps are gone.

  2. Additional milk may be added to get batter to desired consistency

  3. Heat pan, spay with cooking oil. Scoop 1/4 cup pancake batter, once in pan add blueberries as desired. Cook until bubbles start to form, flip and cook until no batter is present.

  4. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
