Went on a diet and wanted to try protein shakes

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 c dannon light&fit Greek yogurt (blueberry)
  2. 1 c skim milk
  3. 1 packet Sprouts whey protein (vanilla)
  4. 1 c blueberries
  5. 1 c raspberries
  6. 2 c ice

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to blender

  2. Blend until smooth
