1. 1/3 pound Braunschweiger
  2. 2 slices pumpernickel rye bread
  3. 2 tablespoons butter
  4. 1-1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard


  1. Butter the pumpernickel with softened or melted butter. Slice the Braunschweiger and add to the bread.
