- 15 prawns
- 4 tbspn butter
- 1/4 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- black pepper
- italian herbs (optional)
Peel and wash the prawns
Squeeze the lemon and set aside the lemon juice
Mince the garlic and set it aside
Put the butter into a pan and melt it on medium heat
Cook prawns until it turns pink and add minced garlic
Season with a pinch of salt, black pepper and italian herb
Pour lemon juice on prawns when done
The prawns are ready to be served!!
