Ingredients

  1. half can sweetened condensed milk [aprox 5 fl oz.]
  2. 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  3. 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  4. 1-2 teaspoons scotch whisky

Steps

  1. Pour all ingredients except the whisky into a jar, seal and shake till completely mixed. Open jar and add whisky [flavor note is dealers choice…I went with a 17yr Glenlivet Blairgowrie Single Malt (fruity flavor/light caramelish taste) Seal jar again and shake) U can use immediately but is better if u allow it to sit a few hours

  2. For those under 21 don’t use the whisky…or u can reduce to 1 teaspoon, combine the almond milk and maple syrup in a medium shallow saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes stirring constantly to cook off the alchohol and keep the taste. Be careful not to burn while simmering. Pour into jar and add the condensed milk and addt’l chilled almond milk to thin out and cool the reduction. Seal and shake till completely blended
