1. 2 Nos – Semi Ripe Garden Fresh Ripe Mangoes With Hard Pulp
  2. 100 Grams – Palm / Brown / Jaggery / Gur / Honey / Crystal Sugar
  3. 100 Fresh White Butter


  1. Cut the mangoes in halves.

  2. Heat a iron fry pan.

  3. Place butter and allow it to melt & swirl the butter till the the butter spreads evenly around the pan.

  4. Sprinkle the sweet ingredient evenly in the pan.

  5. Allow the sweet ingredient to melt & spread evenly around the pan.

  6. Place the mango halves with pulp face on the fry pan.

  7. Allow the sugar & butter to stick to the mango halves till they begin to change colour & shine due to caramelisation of the mango halves.

  8. Serve as such or with ice cream or any sauce that you may think off.
