- 2 Nos – Semi Ripe Garden Fresh Ripe Mangoes With Hard Pulp
- 100 Grams – Palm / Brown / Jaggery / Gur / Honey / Crystal Sugar
- 100 Fresh White Butter
Cut the mangoes in halves.
Heat a iron fry pan.
Place butter and allow it to melt & swirl the butter till the the butter spreads evenly around the pan.
Sprinkle the sweet ingredient evenly in the pan.
Allow the sweet ingredient to melt & spread evenly around the pan.
Place the mango halves with pulp face on the fry pan.
Allow the sugar & butter to stick to the mango halves till they begin to change colour & shine due to caramelisation of the mango halves.
Serve as such or with ice cream or any sauce that you may think off.
