1. 6 manicotta shells
  2. 11/2 cup. (6 oz) mozzarella cheese shredded
  3. 1 cup. Cottage cheese
  4. 1 tsp. Minced onion 1(15oz) can of spaghetti sauce with mushrooms or use homemade
  5. 1/3 cup. Parmesan cheese
  6. 2 eggs beaten
  7. 1/4 c. Parsley
  8. 1/3 cup. Water


  1. Preheat oven to 350 cook manicotti according to directions. Drain meanwhile, combine 3/4 cup mozzarella cottage cheese and Parmesan.stir in eggs parsley and onions.combine spaghetti sauce and water. Pour 2/3 cup sauce in oblong dish.stuff shells with cheese mixture. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella bake at 35 mins or until bubbly,
