Ingredients

  1. 3 flat chicken breasts (cooked)
  2. 3 egg yolks
  3. 1/4 cup flour
  4. 1 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  5. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  6. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 cup bread crumbs
  10. 1/8 cup cream cheese

Steps

  1. Season and cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked

  2. Shred the cooked chicken breasts with two forks

  3. Add two egg yolks, the flour, cheese, paprika, salt, rosemary, garlic powder, to the chicken and mix very well

  4. Add the cream cheese and mix again until it has a creamy look

  5. Using your hands grab the mixture and roll into balls and pass it by the bread crumbs then by the other egg yolk and then by the crum again

  6. Fry the balls at medium heat and turn then so they don’t get burn, once they have reach a golden look take them out and place them on a plate with paper to get rid of some of the oil
