Chicken stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon
- 1 kg chicken (thigh or breast pieces)
- rashers Bacon (2 for each piece of chicken)
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 1-2 tbs garlic powder
- Chilli flakes (optional)
- Rockets or any other green veggies
- 2 green/red or yellow peppers
- Sundried tomatoes
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Filling:- Mix cream cheese, garlic powder and chilli flakes together
If using chicken breasts, make pockets to stuff the cream cheese filling.
Once the chicken is stuffed with the filling, wrap the bacon rashers around the chicken.
Chop the peppers and put it on the tray with chicken and sun dried tomatoes. If you want, pour the oil from the sun dried tomatoes bottle on the chicken.
Cook in the over for 30-45 mins or until the chicken is cooked
Serve with rockets or your fav green veggies
