Through this together for dinner last night.Turned out pretty well.


  1. 2 boneless skinless chicken breast diced
  2. 5 slices bacon
  3. 1 pouch onion soup mix
  4. 2 cups brown minute rice
  5. 2 tbsp butter
  6. to taste Salt and pepper


  1. In a large skillet, cook your bacon.

  2. Cook rice according to package, adding the butter and onion soup.

  3. Cook chicken thoroughly, add to pot, crqush up the bacon and also add to the pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir and serve.
