Ingredients

  1. 500 g Chicken tight
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 500 ml coconut milk
  4. 250 ml coconut cream
  5. 1 lime
  6. Spices
  7. 5 small red onions
  8. 4 cloves garlic
  9. 1 tsp coriander seed
  10. 1/2 tsp white pepper
  11. 3 pcs cardhoman
  12. 2 cm Ginger
  13. 50 gr Aromatic Ginger
  14. 2 cm turmeric
  15. 2 cm Galangal
  16. 2 stalk lemongrass
  17. 3 sheets lime leaves
  18. 3 sheets bay leaves
  19. to taste Salt and Sugar

Steps

  1. Prepare all spices & Ingredients

  2. Grinding all spices till paste. Except bay leaf, galangal, lime leaf, lemon grass and coriander leaf.

  3. Saute spices with bit oil till fragrant. Add chicken stir till bit cook.

  4. Add coconut milk and carrot. Simmer 40 minute.

  5. Add coconut cream, stirring till boil. Serve
