Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken tight
- 1 carrot
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 250 ml coconut cream
- 1 lime
- Spices
- 5 small red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp coriander seed
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 3 pcs cardhoman
- 2 cm Ginger
- 50 gr Aromatic Ginger
- 2 cm turmeric
- 2 cm Galangal
- 2 stalk lemongrass
- 3 sheets lime leaves
- 3 sheets bay leaves
- to taste Salt and Sugar
Steps
Prepare all spices & Ingredients
Grinding all spices till paste. Except bay leaf, galangal, lime leaf, lemon grass and coriander leaf.
Saute spices with bit oil till fragrant. Add chicken stir till bit cook.
Add coconut milk and carrot. Simmer 40 minute.
Add coconut cream, stirring till boil. Serve
