This recipe is very simple and yet absolutely fantastic. It takes less than 30 min to prepare and it is a great starter to share with your guests. Enjoy!
- 2 Pounds Beef Flank Skirt
- To Taste Chimichurri Sauce
- To Taste Thick Salt
Wash the Flank Skirt with plenty of water and add Thick Salt to taste. You want to be careful because this cut is very thin. So do not over salt it.
Place the Flank Skirt over the grill for 6 min at high heat. Turn it over and cook for another 6 min.
