This recipe is super simple and flexible.Adjust all ingredients as you like.Basically everything is to taste.


  1. Green Bell Peppers (we used 2)
  2. Pork Tenderloin (we used 8oz)
  3. Ginger (2 tbsp, see picture)
  4. Oil for cooking (we used vegetable oil)
  5. Soy sauce (we used 4 tbsp low sodium)
  6. Cooked noodles (spaghetti works)


  1. Chop the ginger

  2. Slice the pork into strips

  3. Slice the green peppers into strips

  4. Add oil, ginger, and pork to the pan on medium high

  5. After pork is cooked, add green peppers

  6. Add 4 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce and toss

  7. Done!

  8. Serve over noodles.
