Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  2. 1 1/2 cup jasmine rice rinsed
  3. 2 cup water
  4. 2 tsp salt
  5. 2 bulbs green onion diced

Steps

  1. Fry diced green onion in vegetable oil until you start to smell the green onion

  2. Add water

  3. Add rinsed jasmine rice

  4. Add salt and stir

  5. Right before it starts boiling, cover and turn down heat to low for 20 minutes
