1. Chicken cut into chunks
  2. 1 boiled egg
  3. Dried mushroom, slice cubes
  4. Slice ginger
  5. Chicken powder
  6. Spring onion
  7. Roasted garlic
  8. Century egg, slice into small pcs
  9. Millet
  10. Rice
  11. Dried scallop


  1. Wash rice and millet,put in a large pot. Add in dried scallop, century egg and let it boil.

  2. Meanwhile, saute ginger, chicken and dried mushroom.until the chicken turns golden brown. Then pour it in the pot. Let it simmer until it cooks.

  3. Boil egg and mix it with congee.Add roasted garlic and spring onion if you desired.
