This recipe makes two servings


  1. 6 crab sticks
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoon ketchup
  4. 1/2 tablespoon lime
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Lettuce
  7. 3 medium tomatoes
  8. 1/4 of an onion
  9. 1 avocado
  10. Balsamic vinegar


  1. For the crab salad finely chop the crab meat into very small cubes.

  2. Combine the crab with the mayonnaise, ketchup, pepper, salt and lemon

  3. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes

  4. Cut the onion and avocado into thin slices

  5. As an additional step you can toast your bread with a little of unsalted butter

  6. Assemble your sandwich, drizzle over some balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
